for sale is a stunning mid-20th century vintage Indonesian Yogya (Djokja) silver ice bucket/vessel featuring an ornate swing handle and tripod ball feet. Design & Craftsmanship: Originating from the renowned silversmithing region of Yogyakarta (Java, Indonesia), this piece showcases classic hand-hammered workmanship across the body and base. It is highlighted by a wide, detailed band of high-relief repoussé floral motifs around the midsection and intricate floral chasing along the top of the swing handle. Hallmarks: Stamped PWR 800 on the underside of the base, identifying the maker's mark (PWR) and verifying silver purity of .800 fineness (80% fine silver). Condition: Excellent vintage condition with normal light surface patina and wear consistent with age. No major dents or structural damage. The swing handle and ball feet are secure and solid. Unpolished to preserve the original antique finish and contrast.
