Sailboat good condition at Pier 39 Last bottom job was done by kkmi in 6/21/22. Engine works great it's a "2 gm 20 yanmar with a little over 1000 hrs it was installed by Marina del rey. It has a digital depth meeter, digital speedometer gage, and all the lights work. The inside of the boat is very clean and spacious. im 6'2 "tall, and i can walk inside the cab perfectly straight without hitting. The slip tranfer is included with the boat. It's a 35-foot slip, and it has about 9 years left on the lease. Amenities on owning the slip lease are that you get a parking card that allows you to park at the marina parking building with security cameras/guards for only $4 every 12 hours. You also have unlimited access to the Pier 39 marina clean bathroom/showers and their small laundromat. For questions or more pictures, hit me up.
