Bought an 01 Saturn l200 from this place a few weeks ago and it’s literally financially crippling me
. Car was listed for $3500 with a completely rusted undercarriage, a steering rack leaking to the point where its nearly just covered in its own fluid, leaking trans fluid, leaking engine oil, a failing O2 sensor, and a yet to be diagnosed evap system obd2 code. So far I’ve spent $2500 on repairs and I haven’t even gotten to the worst ones. The trans needs to be looked at because the car shifts like it’s literally about to die. All of these issues gradually came up one after another starting 3 days after purchasing. The final straw for me writing this review was me realizing the fact that this guy could’ve sold it to some enthusiast who would’ve wanted an old Saturn with low miles to fix up. Whatever sales man sold it to me told me there were 26 other cash ready buyers, yet he decided to lie to me face, most likely just to save time. I told this guy how I’m a college student who only works part time and needed reliable, older car. What I got was a fire pit for the little bit of hard earned money I have. The good thing I’ll take out of this is a lesson to be more skeptical, which I hope will serve me well in the future. (And when I say completely rusted undercarriage I mean it. It literally looks like the titanic after it sunk! Struts etc, most suspension components had to be replaced.
