At AutoNation Honda, Nikki & Sterling are your first contacts providing virtually the best customer service I have yet to experience since I've been driving at the age of 16.  I'm 72 now.  I've been a Honda Civic buyer & owner since the late 1980's.  Nikki pointed out that I should go ahead and do the safety replacement of my fuel pump just to make sure.  So I went ahead and got that service done for free.  I also needed to get a new protective plate that protects the engine underneath.  Believe it or not, the shop rate for labor is one of the lowest in Spokane & Spokane Valley.  The mechanic always sends me pictures of the work they perform to keep me informed as to their progress and what is being done.   There isn't anyone else I would ever go to.  They do excellent work, are always friendly, very efficient, and I always get out of the shop and on the road sooner then expected.  I highly recommend Honda for any type of service you might need.  I say that with confidence because they are that good.
