Description

Taken off 2021 F150. Used so not perfect. No cracks on the headlight themselves. One top attachment points on each headlight broken but does not affect mounting due to all other attachment points are in tact. Quad light set up. All bulbs work except passenger side LED bar is halfway out. Common issue with this headlight. Ballast are included so maybe that can be the fix. Comes as a set. Can separate if absolutely needed.
