Comes With a duvet cover, as we used it more as a bed… when we used it. Queen Sized Bed insert - no cover. Comes with Queen sized Duvet for cover. No staines, still smells brand new. VERY LARGE bean bag, be sure you come with a car that has room for a baby elephant. Can be squished into small spaced but trust me when I say this is a big bag. Very Squishy, Very Comfy!
