Samsung Galaxy A04s Copper Dual SIM 64GB 4GB RAM 50MP 6.5" LCD Android Cell Phone This Phone is in LIKE NEW Open Box Physical Condition - Unknown Network / Unknown SIM Locked - Please Read Description! I received this phone as a gift. Opened it up and turned it on. Upon setting up and inserting SIM the phone gave me an unknown SIM failure error. I was unable to make 4G cell tower calls with my T-Mobile provider. I am not sure what the problem is or how to fix that. I factory reset the phone and put everything back in the box as it came. Model: SM-A047F/DS. However I was able to connect my home based Wi-Fi. I was able to use my external wireless internet service to then make calls off my inserted SIM card phone number. Very strange situation. This will work from any in range Wi-Fi network. If the phone is NOT connected to Wi-Fi you can NOT make calls. This phone is essentially an internet only tablet phone - until you troubleshoot/unlock the mobile cell tower network issue. Everything else seemed to function normally. The phone comes with factory Samsung Charger, Cable, SIM-Slot Pin, Instructions, Box, and Plastic. Additionally I am throwing in a high quality gently used TECH21 cover case for FREE. I am selling AS-IS with this unknown issue. Maybe it is locked or maybe it is unable to be used in the United States or maybe it is defective. I have no idea. I am not a phone wizard. No returns. No refunds.   Asking $150 dollars.
