Just bought a brand new 2025 Sante Fe through Amazon Autos. Got it for 2 grand under MSRP, did a trade in, and put a $500 down payment (required through Amazon Autos). The purchase took about 30 minutes online, followed by a 45 minute rundown at the dealership during pick up. A nice lady name Monica helped us, and made sure the process ran as smoothly as possible. We first saw the vehicle online and called to inquire—Ferass worked with us and was honest, professional, and incredibly helpful. There were no sales gimmicks or pressure tactics—just straightforward communication, which we really appreciated.

When we came in to pick up the car, Armani greeted us with a warm welcome and guided us through the rest of the process. She was friendly and attentive while we waited for the car to be detailed and filled with gas.

During the paperwork portion, Monica from finance took the time to thoroughly explain every document.
