"5 Stars! I can't say enough good things about the service I received at USA Auto & Collision in Lancaster Texas for a recent engine issue. My check engine light came on, and I was worried it would be an expensive and complicated fix.
From the moment I walked in USA Auto & collision was incredibly helpful. Wael listened to my concerns, explained the diagnostic process, and gave me a clear, written estimate before any work began. The diagnosis was completed quickly, and they found the problem to be a relatively simple sensor replacement, rather than something more major. I truly appreciate their honesty and transparent communication—they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need.

I believe that I finally found an auto shop that not only did a great job,  but will not take advantage of a female like some shops do. I had work done on my suv at a shop near my house and drive off with a louder noise than I drive in at. I went back twice and I was told it was the part I purchased other than from them. I left knowing that I needed another opinion because the shop wanted to recharge the $275 labor to check it out,  1 week later and I had a 90 day labor warranty. Turns out it was a new issue that they didn't catch.  I accidently ran across USA Auto and Collison and met Wael, the owner. He test drove my car and told me it was the "bearings" to my surprise. I was afraid while driving to work not know why my suv sounded like a truck/airplane. He ordered the part,  I went back when the part came in after work and he immediately start working on it. He told me 2 hours so I  caught a Uber home, one hour later,  he called and said the car was ready... He showed me the part he removed and explained the issue.  "The fastest and best repair job ever." He knows his stuff.. If you're looking for a great auto shop and a wonderful mechanic,  Wael is the man you need to trust your car with. The price was way less than online price. "A shop and man you can trust, price wise and time wise."

Wael has been my mechanic for several years and he has never disappointed my mechanical needs. He is honest, reliable, knowledgeable and most importantly pricing is fair.
