One of the worst car buying experiences here. When I bought my sti brand new from here the sales people were horrible! I was already pre approved and wanted to test drive a sti and the sales guy literally put a blank piece of paper on the table and said to sign it that I was gonna buy the car.

It was so embarrassing, I should have left then. Lucky for them I wanted the car and was gonna get it regardless but would never buy another car from here again.

I had an appointment @ 9:00 and worked with Brian whom I spoke with the day before. It was a great experience @ Subaru of Portland with Brian lol especially talking about our nerd stuff. It really made it a relaxing experience as at 51 this was my first new car. I’ve always bought used. I’d definitely recommend Subaru of Portland to anyone.

Excellent customer service from Alex, Jared, and Tyler.  No pressure.  Everything was great from start to finish.  They went above and beyond - even giving us pizza while we waited.  The car we wanted was at another location, they brought the car to us.   10/10 would highly recommend.

Brian was really nice and patient while I looked at and test drove a couple of different models (and it was so hot out that day!) Even though I brought my partner, he never ignored me to focus on the guy, which I’ve definitely had happen at dealerships before. Brian also made sure I was really happy with my car and understood the technology and the terms. Miriam was very kind and helpful with the finance paperwork too! I was also really impressed that Brian called the next day to see if I had any questions and if everything was good. I’m new to Subaru and this was a very warm and welcoming experience!

I love my new car!! Everyone is super friendly. They offered us doughnuts and drinks while we waited. I had an amazing experience with Papa! He was very informative about the car and even got me a good deal on the car! Papa and Keith were very helpful with the process. I highly recommend!! :)
