I intended to live in this rv after my divorce. However 3 weeks prior while recovering from bk surgery my car was completely totaled beyond repair. Remodeling stopped due to surgery and lack of transportation. I paid 8k last year. Removed the stock couch to add recliner and space. Sleeps 4 but I removed 1 bunk for bigger bedroom. Needs to tires i have estimated to be 250 per tire. 6200 firm. I need a vehicle tagged & insured Open to negotiations on price depending on offer.
