Very good condition w/ a few minor rubs and scratches esp where ladder attaches. Both mattresses included, 1 bedspread also included if interested. Can assemble as a bunk bed or two twin beds. All parts, hardware, and assembly instructions included. Note: bunk bed is the light green "sea grass" color pictured as separate beds. The cream colored bed is a stock photo I found to show bed assembled as a bunk.
