The truth is that I have no idea how the vehicle we purchased this week will perform.  Things happen with used cars...it's part of the compromise.  Based on our buying experience with Tito and his partner, it is far more important that I trust them.  Hopefully we will live happily ever after with our vehicle.  If we don't, however, I have full confidence that these guys will do anything WITHIN REASON to make it right.
If anything changes, I will be happy to update my review.  Until then, I can simply say that the buying experience was very pleasant and we left feeling like we hadn't been lied to and have a very good understanding of our newly purchased truck.  I will even be using them in the future for other mechanical needs based on our experience.  That is the best testimony, IMO.

Friendly, transparent and communicative dealer.

I purchased a 2007 Lexus ES 350 from them that works like a charm, and there were no sudden additional fees that dramatically increased the price of my purchase beyond reason once I sat down and talked the numbers, unlike some other dealerships I have visited in the past.

The only negative aspect is that they do not accept checks, although paying with a debit card does not incur an upcharge like some other dealerships I have visited in the past, so I don't see an issue with it, but still believe it to be important to mention.

I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a used vehicle.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the financial loss—go to a reputable, corporate dealership that actually stands behind what they sell.

My husband purchased a car here, and it was hands down one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. I’m not even going to waste more energy going into every detail, because frankly, they don’t deserve it. But I’m writing this to help someone else avoid making the same expensive mistake.

They told us the car was in good condition. It wasn’t. Within two weeks, warning lights started popping up all over the dashboard, and the car became unsafe to drive. We took it back to their shop, paid them more money to “fix” it—and surprise, the problem wasn’t fixed at all.

We ended up having to trade it in at another dealership for a fraction of what we paid, just to cut our losses and get into something safe. We came here hoping for an affordable, reliable option. Instead, we were misled, overcharged, and left with a worthless vehicle.

I’m fully expecting the manager to reply to this review with their usual excuses, blame-shifting, or attempts to twist the story—because that’s what they do instead of taking responsibility. But the facts speak for themselves.

I wish we had listened to the other bad reviews. And if you’re reading this, please—let our loss be your warning. This place does not care about doing right by their customers. Don’t risk it.

I bought a 2004 infiniti g35 from them with 111k miles thinking that because it was low mileage and from a dealership that I was getting a good deal. Well that was not the case. When I bought the car it was taking a long time to warm up, after exactly 200 miles on the trip reader a check engine light popped up with thermostat and coolant temp sensor. I replaced them and drove it around for 2 more days when the accelerator pedal broke. They claimed that if I was "closer" they would have towed the vehicle and replaced the part and could only offer advice on how to fix it over the phone. I told them if I have no more problems with in a week I'd give them a good review. Well within another 2 days the camshaft sensor bank 1 broke. I've had 3 break downs in 6 days of owning this car. They have not offered to return the car over even return my phone calls. I'd stay away from this place you will not benefit from them at all as they will CLEAR codes and sell you a faulty vehicle. This is your warning

EDIT: I am not lieng... I told you that there was the issue of it not warming up properly when we bought it and magicly at exactly 200 miles the check engine light pops up and you know what you say but did it leave you stranded? I've been stranded on the side of the road 2 times with a 2 year old in the car and your going to call me a liar?!?! Also what about me calling you last Sunday and leaving a voice-mail about the car being broke down for the 3rd time? Did you return that phone call... no. Don't start lieing to your customers to get a quick sell. Also none of the "work" you guys have done has paperwork or records of it so nice try saying you did the rear main seal and re did the whole a/c system with no proof.
3 checks engines lights 2 break downs and 600 dollars down the drain all in the matter of 6 days?
