Gotta say I’m very disappointed that the truck I purchased has had non stop issues ever since I got it (2009 Sierra 2500). First and foremost the service was very blunt and pushy more so than I had hoped but it drove fine on the test drive so didn’t think much of it, ( surprise surprise ) anyways after only 5 days I went out to drive to work and had a no crank, no click, no start. Come to find out after getting both batteries tested one was bad. Okay no big deal. Replace one battery and be done with it. Nope! Now with a new battery and cleaned terminals and cable ends it will not start after sitting for 1 day! Next only 2 days after that it snows 6” and I need 4x4. Come to find out 4WD isn’t engaging and “service 4x4” comes on the dash. Now I’m trying to get this warranty (that was over 2700$) to get this fixed. And it’s been nothing but a hassle inconvenience and now I am making payments on a vehicle that’s sitting in a shop. ALWAYS ASK TO TAKE ANY VEHICLE FROM HERE TO A MECHANIC OR BRING ONE WITH YOU.
