Welp, I just purchased my new 2021 Ducati Panigale V4SP and wow am I happy. I couldn't have done it without Nico's help though, he's a salesman and took about a week for me to get this bike from beginning to end using my personal credit union.
Nicco followed up daily was extremely professional, not pushy and 100% understanding. We have some hiccups with the credit union, but after having small concerns, he assured me that they got my back and they were going to do everything possible to make this deal happen for me.. I also wanna give a shout out to Mike finance manager for helping me make this happen. If I were you guys, I would ask for Nicco and he'll treat you extra special if you give him a Diet Coke. Definitely recommend wheels In motion.

Amazing service by JC, getting the deal I wanted past business hours! Stand up guy, as he provided immense help with assembling the dirtbike car carrier and strapping the bike down.

Bike initially missed the first expected dealer delivery date due to Kawasaki-side shipping issues, but JC and his manager eased my concerns and got the bike in next weeks shipment. Also provided better competitive financing options compared to T.O powersports.

We are very pleased and thankful with Wyatt De Revere for the excellent customer service he provided to us. He made the process of purchasing a Yamaha R7 efficient and with ease. We would definitely recommend him if anyone wants to buy  motorcycles,  Harleys or any other type of vehicle.

I went there today to sell my bike, but what they didn't know is that I had my eye on a murdered-out Street Glide. When I asked them how much they would give me for my bike, they offered me $3,000 less than any other dealership and never even looked at the bike. I waited for the manager for over 30 minutes.My suggestion to you is to find another dealership you truly cares for their customers. Regrettably, this experience consumed an hour of my time with no positive outcome. I was initially pleased to discover a dealership in my vicinity. I have no further positive comments to offer and will refrain from making any additional remarks. I wish everyone else a more favorable experience.
