I was surprised to recognize Subhan from 20 years ago—we were classmates and I played soccer locally with him. He still has the charismatic smile and it was nice to see him in his element. He showed me several cars in my price range and helped me settle on the right one for me, and what a great deal I got!!  I will go straight to him for my next auto purchase. It's a no brainer.

Subhan was very service-oriented and the staff were very helpful and thoughtful prior and during my purchase.  I genuinely enjoyed the experience. However, the car I purchased was missing the rear headrests, as I pointed out prior to purchase.  I was assured by Subhan that he would send or set aside for me  a pair of headrests, even if he had "to buy them new from Toyota." After many calls and new reassurances for follow through, we have finally given up trying to get the seller to follow through on their word. If you find a good deal here, I recommend that you get everything you've been promised before paying in full.

Don’t waste your time and money. It’s not
worth the headache dealing with this used
car dealership. The car quality is not what it
appears to be. I instantly regretted my
purchase after owning the car for a couple
of days. I noticed that many mechanical and
cosmetic detail were being covered up so
that clients won’t notice the issues. A
simple test drive is not enough to notice. Keep in mind that most of their inventory is bought
through auction and is cheaply repaired to
resale for as much as possible. Subhan
knew about all the issues but acted as he
didn’t know. Be careful when buying from
here. They don’t scare who that screw over to get a couple bucks.

We were so pleased with the service we received. My daughter had just bought a Prius the day before and the next day unfortunately locked herself out with a low battery. The kind people drove to Oakland to help her get things completely resolved  and settled. We were so appreciative of their care! Thank you!
