This pop up has a lot of great memories for our family. However the kids have outgrown camping. It has been kept in good condition with a thorough cleaning each trip, you would never guess it is a 2014. This pop-up is small enough that it can be parked in a small garage. That is where we always stored it. Yet, it comfortably can sleep 5. There is a Queen and Full bed both with mattresses. The table does also fold down into a bed. It is also very light at about 1600 lbs, so just about anything can tow it. We have some extras we can include. For example, we created extra insulation for camping in the snow, but the heater works really well. Most of the time we had to keep the heater to the lowest possible setting. It has a sink and two burners for cooking. As well as a refrigerator that can operate with gas or electric. Come check it out and fall in love with it like we did.
