I hate buying cars!  But this place was the best experience I've ever had.  Really!  Andy, my sales guy, was great to work with.  Easy going and fast, explained what I needed.  Then, the cream on top was that I remembered after I bought the car that "Oh, I wish it had remote start" and he said "It does, you just have to click here and here."   Anyway, he made my experience great, I have a great car and I'm just happy again.  Thanks Andy!!!

I had visited many places to look for a vehicle for my wife and none convinced me by the customer service they provided, when we arrived here from day one they treated us very well, especially Francisco, who was with whom I had communication from beginning to end, it was great to be able to work like this with him. They were very transparent, every question we had was answered honestly. Without a doubt, the next vehicle we want will be the first place we will go to again!!

Let me begin by saying that I spent twelve years in Automotive Sales, as a floor Salesperson, a Pre-Owned Manager, and a F&I Manager.  I know the "Car Business" very well.

That said, the service I received while buying a truck from STLCarz remotely was absolutely superb.  My Salesman Francisco went above and beyond in seeing to it that my inquires were met and exceeded, and that the buying process was made as simple and enjoyable as such a "leap of faith" purchase can be.  F&I Manager Adis made sure that the flow of information back and forth was expedited as quickly and efficiently as possible, and I appreciate both of their efforts.

Even the transport driver was incredibly personable and professional in performing his part.  We probably spent too long just having a great conversation about cars and the business!

The F-150 arrived in even better condition than I had hoped for and I'm so happy that I waited to find "The Right One" before just jumping at the first truck that caught my eye online or locally.
The only wrinkle actually came from my Credit Union asking for a last second change to the paperwork (which Adis very quickly accomplished on his end.)

Again, I can't praise STLCarz highly enough for their service and the inventory that I acquired.

My husband and I recently purchased an awesome truck from them!  Andy was the first to greet us.  He was courteous and helpful and made the whole process easy and pain-free.  Every one we met in the office was the same way.  We will definitely be returning to them should we need another vehicle down the road.  Between the awesome service and their prices they were definitely worth the hour drive from our home :-)!
