Great trailer for a family! 30ft 6300lb Inside is redone Very spacious rooms, extra large linen closet in the bathroom. Large tub/shower. Sleeps 4-6 All appliances work as they should Covered and winterized every winter Freshly pumped/cleaned tanks Sway bar hitch, weight distribution set up comes with the trailer. We have owned it for 5 years, hard to see her go but we are wanting to down size. A/C worked last summer, we could not get it to kick on this year.. just needs some tinkering. Bathroom sink needs the hot water re-plumbed to the sink, it broke 2 years ago. We just capped it off and use the cold.
