Overall pleasant car-buying experience. However, upon arriving for my appointment with Ricky, I was informed he with was out sick for the day—with no notice ahead of time to me—and the car I had arranged to test drive was driven to a partner dealership in Katy over the weekend. We ended up waiting 2.5hr for the car to arrive. Not ideal, but thankfully we had no other plans.

The staff that was there that day were very helpful. Thank you to Joseph, Will, and Marc for assisting us through the buying process. Overall, I would recommend buying from Autonation USA Gulf Freeway.
