Since it’s a custom chair, it was not returnable. A technician drilled an extra hole to raise the back by ~2 inches. SpinLife will not cover maintenance costs, so the back height is sold as-is. Further adjustments would require a technician at buyer’s expense. The chair is excellent quality, but I need a taller back as a 6’6” user. 2.
