Description

Hand-carved and hand-painted. Very sweet rotating music box, with girl sitting in a red rocking chair holding a black cat surrounded by multicolored flowers, 2 tall trees, a rock wall with 2 birds. Plays the tune "Born Free". Carved wood and cast resin components on a revolving solid wood top and base. Anri Style, Thornes Movement, Made in Switzerland, circa 1970s. Approximately 6" x 6" x 8". Vintage condition. Could use some love. A cleaning would brighten up the colors. One tree has a wobble when touched but still intact and attached to the base. One bird missing and one bird missing tail. Girl has some paint missing from hair. Gives the piece age but could easily be touched up and repaired if desired.
