We purchased a used vehicle from Hoblit and exactly one month later, the car presented a serious issue that Hoblit estimates will cost $3000+ to repair. We realize we purchased used and that can be a gamble. However, we purchased from a reputable dealer with the hope and assurances that their "quality inspections" would be thorough enough to identify potential major issues we may incur in the near future. That obviously was not the case with us as the "near future" meant almost exactly one month to the day before the issue presented itself. This dealership may be great for a new purchase, but we absolutely do not recommend them for a used purchase.

Immediately after we discovered the issue, we contacted Hoblit for advice. We scheduled an appointment and brought the car in - that is how we obtained the $3300 repair estimate I referenced above. There was no offer to assist further or "work with us" - simply a "That's too bad...here's your estimate for $3300" and we were sent on our way. ONE MONTH after we purchased the vehicle. Due to the expense of the repair, we have had to leave the repair undone.

I am 60 years old and have bought many vehicles. Hobbit Dodge by miles was the easiest, smoothest and best experience! Our sales friendly John Keller is a true professional. Gave us choices and let us decide. No pressure just wisdom and guidance. The finance gut Alex was so friendly and helpful. Easy to talk to and NO pressure. The 2 hour drive to purchase my Ram 3500 was well worth it. Don't buy from anyone but Hoblit. A truly different family run company who truly puts customers first!!

Bought 2025 ram had scratches and was filthy on delivery! Also had  thee miles blinking in dash salesperson told me he would send videos on how to fix turns out this is telling you there is an electrical problem and needs service. I bought a 87k truck that was broken of the bat.

These guys were great. They were patient and kind  and I hate car people. They didn’t push extras on me but gave me all the Information I needed to make my own decisions. Very kind.
