Went in to buy a used Nissan 370Z.  The sales person, Idrissa, kept it straightforward.  They added a protection package to the car which put it over budget.  However, he worked it with the sales manager to get it removed.  Getting finance was the usual but as painless as possible.  Definitely, one of the best dealerships that I’ve been to; great customer care and service.

I am over the MOON with my new RX 350! The buying experience couldn’t have gone any better. We worked with John, who was honest, kind, and patient from the start. No funny business like other dealerships out there! We will definitely be long-term Lexus customers after this purchase.

Interesting experience with this dealership. They seem to have the best inventory in stock as far as color combos. Only reason I keep trying to work with them. Spoiled environment they must have so many people giving them easy sales or the demand is higher than the supply, so they don’t care about customer service or follow up. Sales person one was very combative and a know it all, overcomplicating things and putting words in my mouth. Also promised to call me back and never did. Her replacement started off great and emailed me a quote in a timely fashion so I had high hopes. I responded to the quote asking for three aftermarket products to be removed dent protection, paint protection and tinted windows. No response, very tasteful. Is it legal to force dent and paint protection on to a car? Tinted windows I don’t want either but I can stomach because it’s a physical add. If they weren’t the only one with the car in stock I would careless to ever speak with these people.
