From the late 1950s to early 1960s time frame made by premier. This is the same type of jewelry that was used with the Revlon dolls, and others in the same size category from 15 to 20 in tall. It is New Old Stock that has never been opened but the humidity of storage over the years got into the package causing some tarnish and discoloration. I have several of these available in two sizes.
