(Clear titles in hand for both boat and trailer) Fully functioning 18ft sailboat with good sails, main/jib and I think a spinnaker. I've sailed it and it performed excellent. Everything needed to sail is there. I can supply pictures of the rigging and demonstrate the set up for the buyer. Trailer is a double axel 2002 boat trailer with a swing out hitch. Trailer is functional, but lights aren't. I used temp trailer lights when I towed it as I didn't have to worry about them breaking or being submerged in salt.
