they not professional. the business they do is bad the worst thing you can do is buy from them trust me i have proof of how bad the business is.they get u to do business with them but they just waste your TIME & MONEY . they told me my car was blue tittle & the car is crash they just put new parts but under those parts its alot of damage cars are not new or blue tittle they lie after lie they cant speak with truth

Drove 4 hours to sit in an office for 5 hours to not even really talk to anyone. I was told they would bring the truck in 30 minutes for me to see in person. Guess what 4 hours later no truck. When it didn’t show up in 30 minutes I should have taken the hint. Then repeatedly being told they were “still waiting on the bank”. Then told give me 10 minutes and an hour later nothing. Asked again and was told “well I don’t want to feel like I’m holding you hostage at this point waiting”. They do not care and are so unprofessional so run don’t waste your time.

Worst car dealership! They sell lemons and laugh in your face when you're stuck making payments on undriveable cars.

The sales lady, Leslie was super nice and professional. The financial guy, Pete was equally nice and professional. With that said… I do not recommend this dealership.  I put down a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle I wanted to purchase.  When I got there to buy it,  I explained to the sales lady,Lesley, and the owner’s son Mo, that I was not going to finance the vehicle but was going to pay cash.  Mo left,  when Pete went to type up the paper we looked online and the price of the truck HAD BEEN INCREASED $5000 !   (I  have screenshots shots of the before and after prices) I told them I would pay the ORIGINAL price but would not pay the higher price.  We finally negotiated a price that included them buying my old vehicle. The whole experience was very stressful and was not a good buying experience.  Then when the license plates came in,  they wanted to charged me $48 to mail them to me. In my opinion … This company runs it’s business  in an unethical manner.  It is not concerned about customer satisfaction (with the exception of Lesley and Pete).  They are only concerned about squeezing out every penny they can from their customers.  I do not recommend them!

Overall had a good experience with the team minus a few hiccups here and there. The team was very patient, kind and helpful in making sure I got the all best rates with notes and insurance, as it was my first time purchasing a car. They have a Good team, especially Lesley who was with us every step of the way. Give them a shot.
