Description

This is a box of 12 blue glass Christmas tree ornaments dating from the 1960’s in original pictorial box (measuring approximately 8 3/4” x 6 3/4” x 2”.) On the front of the box is a small tan sticker from Elwood Nursery with a price of 89 cents. The box indicates they were manufactured in Woonsocket, Rhode Island (Coby Glass Products Co. moved there in 1958.) Each round ball has its original smooth sided hanging cap marked “Made in USA.” Although the plastic window of the box is not torn, it is separated from the cover on one side. Otherwise the box is in very good condition with bright graphics. Some of the ornaments show signs of wear consistent with their age. There are, however, no chips or cracks and the blue is vibrant.
