I went to the Little York location first to look at one of two cars I was interested in, the other was located at the South location on Jeanetta. We sat there (at Little York) with employees passing and looking at us like they had no idea why we’d come. No greetings or anything. My sister said she’d done business at the south location and they were very warm and attentive. After fifteen minutes of wasted time and no acknowledgment—we left.

I called the Jeanetta location and the phone was immediately answered by Glenn. I told him which vehicle I was interested in, he found it right away and assured me he’d begin prepping everything. We arrived a little later than planned to find Glenn patiently waiting outside for us. He was very transparent with the vehicle information, which I’d already checked myself, and he even checked the car at the North location and offered to personally obtain me a salesperson if I wished to go back. I chose to work with Glenn and my entire transaction was smooth from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a car definitely visit the South location and ask for Glenn. The staff truly is more attentive there. Plus they have WAY MORE CARS.
