High end leather sectional with a chaise from Havertys by Pallisar. This sectional is part of the Northbrook Collection. The sectional without the chaise is over $6000 brand new so I'm assuming this configuration is around $5000-$6000 brand new. The picture I provided is the same sectional just in a different color and configuration. It was hardly ever used and is in almost brand new condition. No tears, scratches or holes.
