Semi new futon , rarely ever used, folds all the way down and can be used perfectly as a bed, small tear on the back base (the little fabric material on the bottom end of it, can send more pictures if needed) . Can easily be fixed with stapler gun. The rest of it is in perfect condition, no stains or tears on the seating etc. Paid 350 Asking 55 , just don’t need it anymore & is taking up space
