Description

27ft long. Road ready. All lights work, some need bulbs. Outlets, bathroom, stove, AC/Heater, fridge/freezer all work. We never experienced any leaks at all, but did see small spot in rear roof (was told it's an easy fix). Stairs are rusted in place, we use small step ladder. Carpets have staining. Bathroom sink has a crack in it. It's a good trailer, lots of natural lighting, and a good amount of storage space. Clean title. Title is signed by my husband, he did not register it yet, we have only had a few months. Will also have bill of sale. $3800 first come-first serve. Need gone asap.
