First off let me say you CAN’T make every customer happy, and the customer is not always right. Dave was super nice and helpful. Very accomodating and responsive. I will say that it probably helped that I had my own financing. We purchased a 2016 Yukon XL Denali. For being 9 years old it was in super clean condition with the expected wear and tear. We are very happy with our new to us Delani. Don’t judge a book by its cover!

Crazy how after looking for a new car for about a month online and driving to so many dealers you decide to check out the small dealerships and find your dream car. We stopped to see if they had what we wanted & we spotted the Tahoe as soon as we pulled up. The car sales man Manny approached us with a big friendly smile, gave us info on the car and he never pushed us to make a deal. We left and thought about the car all day and night. The next day my husband went to test drive it and needless to say  the car was in my driveway the next day. We are so happy with it and we are especially happy with how friendly,  informative, and helpful Manny was with us. He was never pushy with us and was very patient.
Thank you guys for such a great experience.  We definitely will be visiting here first for our next car purchase!

Was in the market for a used Xterra, preferably 4x-pro trim. I came across Regency as they were advertising a 2012 “Pro 4-x” on their website.

I had a brief call with one of the salesman and set an appointment to view the vehicle.

I show up for the appointment and discover the “Pro-4x” trim is not correct, and when I inquired about this, I was told that the vin has it labeled as Pro-4x (which is false), and so they will sell as Pro-4x.

Vehicle needed some general maintenance but ran well, and I was interested in purchasing, just not at their current price. Couldn’t come to an agreement and so I left. I found a better deal elsewhere and am happy.

Regency reached out to me yesterday telling me the vehicle is still available. I will post the text exchange below, but I just wanted to share with others my experience, in the chance it might improve someone else’s buying experience.

The guys at Regency seem like nice guys, but I just don’t think they're very honest, which is important when purchasing a vehicle.

I hope this helps both Regency and their future customers.

I bought a 2006 GMC Sierra from Regency USA inc and am very pleased with my purchase. The salesman was very friendly and courteous. I’m from out of town and needed to get on the road and Michael got everything finalized very quickly. Highly recommend
