Carefully foraged redwood, lichen, moss, leaves, and mushrooms—gathered from my own hikes—are preserved within, each element a memory of the Earth’s quiet magic. A moonstone glows as the moon, while crushed pyrite sparkles like distant stars. I painted the tree roots white, symbolizing the hidden mycelium web that connects all life beneath the forest floor. A pinch of sacred soil offers grounding, anchoring this piece in the energy of the Earth. The pinecone slice, representing awakening and the pineal gland, is sealed in jeweler’s-grade epoxy resin for lasting strength and clarity.
