Complete set from 2006 includes instruction manual full size. Pieces all excellent condition new like. Probably built twice maybe three times if that and then put away in the closet never played with all pieces should be there. My son's took pride in their sets of Legos and we're very meticulous about them I would only have one set out at a time to build. And this is a big set. They're selling for $8.75 brand new on eBay today used they're going anywhere from $150 to $400 I'm going to go with $200 for the price.
