The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the waiting area was cozy and well-equipped — complete with a great coffee and espresso station that made the process even more enjoyable.

Patrick, our salesperson, truly went above and beyond. He guided us through the purchase and test drive of a 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid with professionalism and care. He even offered to drive us to the bank to secure a cashier’s check — a level of service that’s rare to find these days. Patrick is easily one of the nicest and most genuine salespeople I’ve ever met.

Can't say enough good things about this team! Michelle is hands down the best sales associate I've worked with, she is amazing. She was able to help find exactly what I'm looking for and made it happen to ship it here from Eugene. Also shout out to Ben in finance, he was so so helpful and not pushy and made car buying quick and painless. Everyone I interacted with including the gentleman who helped me trade in my old car, the gentleman who taught me how to use everything, and even the store manager was just so lovely to work with. I got my car 2 days after purchasing, and was out the door within an hour or so. This was my first Lexus and besides making gorgeous cars, I am sold on the service and won't ever look back!

**Horrible experience**. I coordinated with this dealership to purchase a used vehicle and made it clear I’d be flying in from out of state. Made appointments for vehicle inspection, arranged transport(which i'm not sure would be refunded). At their direction, I completed their online finance application, also got approval separately so that there are no delays after their confirmation which impacts credit. After I purchased my flight, they informed me at the last minute that they had sold the car to someone else(that too after I followed up). No proactive communication, no courtesy hold, and no meaningful solution offered.

End result: wasted trip planning, a credit hit, and no vehicle, probably money deposit loss on shipment. I would not recommend trusting this store to anyone.
