I had a great experience buying my new Wrangler ! Billy was my salesperson & he gave me all the information & he made sure everything was up to date & working before I left off the lot with my new baby . He was very straightforward & got things done . I’m happy & I’m thankful .

I wish I could rate them less than zero because the car they sold me has tons of problems and it's impossible to get an appointment to have it repaired that coincides with my schedule. They pass the buck to the next person, no one answers to confirm appointments, and follow through is non existent after they sell you something. I had to spend $214 to have my vehicle repaired while not was under warranty, and they didn't even fix the problem after having the car for nearly a week and giving me the run around and telling me they were waiting for a part to be delivered to fix it. Absolutely horrible customer service if you have already purchased a vehicle from them. Do not waste your time and money because you will be inconvenienced, and probably left in poverty from trying to repair what they sold you.

I don't even know where to begin with this review. I'm sharing this out of sheer frustration and to caution others considering buying a vehicle from this dealership. I found a car online and visited the dealership on June 18th. Upon inspection, the car had a check engine light and a severe vibration, so I opted not to test drive it. I asked Bill, the sales rep, when these issues would be fixed so I could return for a test drive. He assured me it would be ready by June 21st after being serviced.

It concerned me that the car had been on their lot for a month with unresolved issues, but I overlooked it. When I called on June 24th, Maria (possibly the office manager and also in sales) informed me they couldn't fix the car without a deposit, which was non-refundable—a major red flag. Despite my reservations, this car fit my budget best, so I left a $1,000 deposit on June 27th to initiate repairs.

The next day, June 28th, I returned and paid $10,000, as agreed upon during my initial visit. Since I had already left $1,000 the day before, I expected it to be refunded but no one could write me a check so I had to come back. Bill told me they hadn't started repairs due to other cars ahead in line, all with deposits. This made me regret my decision—they seemed to sell cars without servicing them first, relying on non-refundable deposits to hold customers hostage.

I received the $1,000 deposit back on July 2nd. Bill (service Manager/ owner) me the car would be ready by July 5th, but today I was told it won't be ready until Monday. Frustrated, I asked Maria for a refund so I could buy a car ready for immediate use. Her response was dismissive, blaming my impatience and refusing to refund my money and she will let me know when the car was ready.

I paid $10,000 to this dealership and received nothing but poor customer service and deceptive practices. I needed a car specifically for this week and instead, I'm renting, taking Ubers, and out $10,000. This dealership is a disappointment and their business practices are unethical.
