When I entered onto the 2nd floor "Vehicle Sales Department"  I was greeted immediately at which point I mentioned who I was there to meet for a test drive. I did not have to wait long and even though the person I was there for was busy at the moment I was then introduced to another who would help me. They worked together as a team.

I was invited (while I waited) to grab a cup-of-coffee water or treat they had available in the nearby lounge of the same floor. My questions were carefully heard with understanding and replied back with great care as well as very informative where I have a deeper understanding of the newer models types of vehicles.

All went well! Did my homework beforehand as far as what I sought in a used vehicle and these concerns were met with thorough feedback by Young Man Sales Associate Bram Salas.

Thanks to Ibrahim, client advisor at BMW of Mountain View, we had great experience getting the BMW we had in mind: X3 2026 in light blue color. It was late Saturday afternoon when we went there, right after our disappointing interaction with another BMW dealer across the Dumbarton bridge.
Ibrahim helped us go through all available choices, pinpointing the one we liked and working out the transaction details as well as the return of the 2023 X3 we leased. Without him and Shane, his manager/team partner, we would not be able to drive home this solid vehicle that Saturday night.

I recently had my BMW serviced here for a windshield replacement and a follow-up calibration check. My service advisor, Wayne, was professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the process. He kept me updated, arranged a convenient appointment with a loaner, and followed up carefully on my concerns.
The overall service was smooth and handled with care. My only suggestion would be clearer communication regarding technical details, such as the camera bracket alignment and calibration results, it took a few follow-ups to fully understand what was checked and confirmed to be within spec.
That said, Wayne was patient, professional, and made sure my concerns were addressed. I’m satisfied with how everything was handled and would recommend this dealership for their professionalism and customer support.
