Sectional w/chaise and Ottoman (right chaise facing). In fair condition. No rips, no stains, no pets, non smoker well taken care of. Microsuede material. Issue is when moving, movers didn’t remove leg attachments, forced trailer doors closed causing one leg on rear right side to break internally. It could be repaired by a great handyman/carpenter.
