If you’re familiar with the “smoking” world you will know that GMG is the cats meow when it comes to smokers!! This is only 4 years old and the big boy in their line! With the ability to get to 500 degrees, it has served up some incredible steaks, cold smoked cheeses, salmon, ribs, juicy chicken, smoked cinnamon rolls (yes, that’s a thing), pizza and on and on!! I have replaced the heat shield with a stainless steel one!! AND it has a new wi-fi mother board. The wi-fi feature is awesome ... control your smoker from an app on your phone - pretty trick!! So why am I parting with it ... because they came out with a new one and I’m the guy who changes my smoker like I change underwear (maybe not quite). Anyway, if you want to take your grilling / smoking adventures to new levels, the Jim Bowie GMG is a great upgrade for you! This guy is heavy so you will need to move it down my back stairs. Traegers are great but do your research and look at the GMG!! Paid $1000 4 years ago so this is a steal!!
