These people are the biggest liars we have ever encountered. We were insured consistently that we would be buying a safe vehicle that would only need normal maintenance after dealing with a couple of shady dealerships. We were already uncomfortable purchasing A vehicle without driving in ourselves, but we were reassured that they would never sell a vehicle that was not safe. Please be aware that these people do not care about Your safety. Buying a used car is a risk, but our vehicle was definitely in an accident and it was never reported they’ve covered up everything that they possibly could the gentleman that sold us. The vehicle did a FaceTime, but intentionally left out the damage to the vehicle. The headliner is sagging and the pictures don’t show any of that. We got the vehicle with four rotted tires that they shined so that they looked new. The brake lights were out. The headlights were out. The windshield wipers needed to be replaced every single warning light that we could have on our dash is lit. Please be aware!

Edit: After diagnostics we were quoted thousands for repairs on the vehicle so we decided to sell it for 2800 to a dealer who could repair it himself. We totally lost on this one so please heed our experience and avoid this place at all costs! He will call you a liar and tell you that he would never sell an unsafe vehicle, but everybody will tell you the same thing that he repeatedly does the same song and dance, selling the same garbage untrustworthy vehicles to people. I wish I had the money right now to sue these people as soon as I do I’m going to take them to court to sue them for fraud! If you read his responses to everyone that has had a similar experience, he says the same exact thing every time he says that he would not sell an unsafe car, which is not the case at all!!!! I cannot respond back to him, so I’m just letting everyone we we’re just the buyers not the liars and to avoid this place at all cost please for your own pockets and safety, most importantly!

IN RESPONSE TO THE UNPROFESSIONAL REAL LIAR GM MOE: WE BOUGHT THE CAR WE DIDNT LIE WE TOLD YOU WE HAD ONLY 7200 DOLLARS AND WE ENDED UP HAVING TO PUT MORE INTO THE CAR TO TRY TO GET IT ON THE ROAD WE ARE NOW BEHIND ON BILLS AND WE HAD TO SELL THE VOLKSWAGEN FOR 2800 DOLLARS WHICH WAS A HUGE LOSS BEING THAT WAS OUR CHILDENS CHRISTMAS MONEY!! YOU LIED AND SAID IT JUST NEEDED REGULAR MAINTENANCE WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE OVER 6,000 DOLLARS IN REPAIRS TO MAKE IT SAFE AND RELIABLE LIKE YOU TOLD US IT WAS!!!!! THE ONLY THING WE ARE GUILTY OF IS TRUSTING YOU! THE ONLY WAY WE COULD GET YOU ON THE PHONE WAS TO PRETEND TO BE A NEW CUSTOMER! WE CALLED FOR ALMOST A MONTH ASKING FOR YOU AND LEAVING MESSAGES WITH EVERYBODY AT SELL YOUR AUTO FAST IN EVERY DEPARTMENT AFEE YOU SAID YOU WOULD ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE FOR ANYTHING WE MAY NEED! LIE AFTER LIE!!! YOU EVEN SAID YOU HAVE TO AWNSER TO GOD AND THAT WAS PROBABLY THE ONLY TRUE THING YOU SAID !! Here's a picture of how we get around for now not forever thanks to you guys. I was born with phocomelia and have to skateboard to get food for us every night and carry a heavy bag on my shoulder. We are struggling really bad! I know you and your team at Sell your auto fast have no compassion or empathy for your customers but I'm hoping this will serve as a warning to stay FAR AWAY for others. We weren't able to attach videos of our family walking but we have photos attatched.
