If i could give them 0 star I would. I originally bought a bike it broke after they claimed it was me. Got a car that thing broke too. Went tried a 3rd time I put my 2013 audi as collateral to get a bike, that bike was broke too. Took it back they claimed it was fine. It broke down on me due to the stator being bad less then a month of having it before my first payment was due. They said it has an extended warrenty so I sent it to harley. They went to harley picked up the bike left me stranded in california. Then they proceeded to tell me it was my fault the bike was broken and I owe them money. Kept my audi left me with nothing except a bill that I couldn't even pay to get my own car back. What a joke of a dealer. Unprofessional. Literally stole my own car that's worth over $9000. The bike wasn't even worth that much which they have too... doesnt make sense.

I have purchased three times from Rick hatch and have gotten treated fairly every time, I would buy from him again , I also bought my custom truck from him out his  personal collection. I will continue to buy my bikes from Rick in the future. Thanks Hatch!

I recently purchased a Vanderhall from Top Spoke.  I worked with Monica who really did a great job.  Negotiations were quick and I was treated like a knowledgeable customer, which I believe made our time communicating much more valuable.  As an inexperienced remote buyer from Colorado, I did need help navigating buying a vehicle and having it shipped to me.  Monica was very helpful letting me know this process and being a point of contact for the shipping company when the vehicle was being picked up.  This purchase was a vehicle coming from Vanderhall which took many weeks for the vehicle to be delivered to Top Spoke.  Communication over the weeks was great, Monica would text daily updates where reasonable, and while we were just waiting for Vanderhall I received check ups a couple times per week with a notice of when she would check in with me again, including pictures where available.  At no point did I feel neglected or bothered by too much communication.  Now that I have had the Vanderhall for a couple of weeks and put on a few hundred miles I can confirm that the vehicle was prepped well for me and the commonly delivered loose items from Vanderhall were dealt with by the prep technician if applicable to my vehicle (you can find online a variety of items that people find loose from the manufacturer).  Same as other dealers there are other people to work with during the buying process.  While I did not spend near the amount of time with the other team members, they were all very easy to work with, treated me very respectfully, and made the process nice and smooth.  I highly recommend Top Spoke to anybody in the market, even if you are not local to Phoenix.

Came to my house to pick up my trade and gave me a ride to pick up my new Vanderhall. Would definitely recommend.
