This is a great company. They recently installed a large fully enclosed metal building with roll-up and man access doors. Very good workmanship, quality, installed timely and reasonably priced. Personnel is friendly and accommodating.  Highly recommend.

Thus far  chameleon metal building in Stockton California with their representative "Jessica"   has referred me to H.F.S. financial,  Jessica told me to talk to them.

U did just that after Jessica wrote H.F.S. telling them about my  plans to build a  metal multi purpose building on my land in Stockton California that is zoned Commercial General and approved by the Stockton planning board  specifically by John Schwiegerdt and Bradley Wall to build any of a live-work building , retail, or infill primary residence with my right and perfect allowable option to build any of the afford mentioned buildings and usage.

I was told by Jessica in chameleon metal that  her company can build any of the aforementioned buildings on a "Rent To Own" basis. And that she had no minimum income requirement,  only that the monthly loan not must not exceed forty percent of my income and that I must have no debt  , encumbrances , of any kind , and that I must own 100 percent.
Which I do own the property 100 percent

And I have no debts in life

She referred me to H.F.S. and their organization on line instructed me to fill out a application for a loan ,  -and that their process will not affect my own anyone's credit score.

The H.F.S. organization was deceptive in that they didnot say in the beginning that a " property with a pre existing Foundation   must be in place.

We were in a conference call the three of us and Jessica hung up on me.

I did call here office back immediately and was told that she will be butt until 4:00 today.

Jessica is not prompt or reliable to return my telephone calls

She did say that I can be financed on the Rent To Own program "

One somebody tells me that they can do something for me ,  I go by what they tell me.
