Extremely clean! I bought this in 2020 as the 2nd owner after a VERY meticulous original owner. It is a fully loaded 4 season 9’ 6” model (not Squire or Lite) solid one piece roof, larger holding tank capacities. It has all the options that were available for it at the time for this size model: Large A/C, solar, double awnings, electric jacks, Fantastic vent fan, full carpet kit, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, outdoor shower, etc. No on board generator for this model. Everything’s works well, no leaks. I had the Lance dealer reseal all exterior seams in 2021. l replaced all exterior plastic shrouds and covers. New Interstate battery a year ago. LED interior lights, custom color matched double blinds for the bed area. Tv and dvd player in cabinet above sink. Roof storage pod. All original documentation I can include all 4 turnbuckles and wire harness for truck. I also have steel storage dolly for it which you will need second truck or trailer to take it.
