Our experience was wonderful! Our sales consultants were Farid Saidi and Lucas Bentley assisted by Keith Allen from the management team. The 3 individuals mentioned contributed to a very pleasant experience. We purchased our Equinox EV late in the day on 9/30/25. The sales team was so helpful explaining what credits & rebates were available and even took the time to research whether other credits were available such as the "first responder" credit. Farid Saidi was particularly helpful by staying well past closing time to ensure we were familiar with the EV features and even sat with us as we contacted "On Star" from the vehicle. We also greatly appreciated the time taken to discuss home charging options even to the point of giving us information on qualified EV charger install companies. I couldn’t have had a better experience buying a car at Auto Nation Chevrolet.  This is the second car that I have purchased from them.  The sales department and finance department work together seamlessly.  Our salesman, Farid Saidi, showed us the model we were interested in but then we bought the model he recommended to us.  We are so happy with our purchase and our choice of a dealer.

Initial experience was great.  Came in to test drive a car.  Made an appointment.   Car was ready and right up front.   Staff was friendly.  Purchased the car and had to return it.  Check engine light came on enroute to home.  Took it to the Autonaton shop across the street and it had soo many preexisting problems.  They honored the return with no issues.

The reason I came to this dealership, was because my sister got her car from you. I was pleased with the customer service she was given, and I wanted that same experience. Farid was delightful to work with
