Bought in liquidation sale. Condition is UNTESTED/AS-IS hence the listing it as fair condition (the item has not been tested and there is no guarantee of it working, purely sold as-is). It had an Ingersoll Rand EDV 2000, 1/4 NPT 0=7/16 110V on top of it so that part might need to be replaced. I will provide that part; the part is brand new in box as pictured at the end.
