29 Feet long overall. Notice the eight foot long kitchen counter and sink. It extends the full width of the trailer. Now you can prepare a meal and have a full size dish drainer. Notice the wide wardrobe in the hallway besides the extra two on each side of the queen sized bd. This unit is best for living in than camping. Two entry doors. New tires, bearings recently lubricated. New extra long seven way plug and break away wire. Yes, slight delamination but that comes with age. I am 79 and delaminating😊😊. Non smoking environment so no tobacco smell. Inside is clean. Tons of cabinets. Located in nearby Loma Linda. I never used it. It was an earthquake shelter in case our house is destroyed by the big one. Of course fully self contained. Notice fully operational AM / FM radio Under the upper cabinets in the kitchen. Asking price is in line with comparable units. I will accept a reasonable offer. Easily towable.
