If I could give less stars I would .   I traveled from
Ct to place 10k cash on a 2016 Range Rover (White ) .   Purchase date 8/9, received date 8/14 .   I drove the vehicle a total of MAYBE 400 miles back and forth to New Hampshire Beach .   By 9/4/25 the vehicle has been in service at Range Rover Ct .   Issues found were several , even some repair done incorrectly.    The owner Max Bruno preceded to punish me for taking that vehicle to the makers of the vehicle siting  cost .   He then refused and changed  his story by then denying his garage touched the specific areas of the truck .    Even though it was clear a recent repair was done to the issues area .   The area had new parts with no oil , grease , or dirt on them , and the bolt his garage placed to try and block off the coolant leak wasn’t dirty , as you can see in the inspection  video .   If the repair wasn’t recent why were the parts so new IN THE COOLANT AREA  ?   I have the video of the  full inspection done by Range Rover Ct .     Max then refused to pay entire bill so that I could pick up the truck and go on with my life , and never speak to them again .    Not to mention the Service Advisor on the call 9/16/25 with me , who e plainer to him the exact issue and amount of bill , listened to this business person baraded  , curse , yell , and talked over the Service Advisor 80% of the time , the issue was being carefully explained .   Max then on a previous call told me he was not liable , he also said on this call , the leak could’ve started once I bought it .    Although coolant was old and stuck on upon inspection .    So here I am in Ct with a repair bill , no car , and a small loan that I opened to finance the balance  of the vehicle , first payment was due 9/9/25 .   I did call and alert them ic the entire situation.      Instead  of this supposed business is owning up , to assure they have a satisfied customer by assuring this vehicle was repaired in full , this owner took the low route , and acted like a complete jerk over the phone , he would rather spend the money to fight me , explain this review to other customers ,  appear shady , then just fix the car .   As you see the dates , I haven’t had the car for very long .     He also lied and said I had no warranty , and I have it right here .  But of course it doesn’t cover the issue and  I asked the warranty company can I upgrade for extra money , I was told NO .   Please don’t purchase a car from people like this , who rage garden warned money saved , and once they have it  , they don’t care anything  about you .   I offered to return the. vehicle and return my 10k returned to me and I was denied that .   So why wouldn’t a honest person just assure the vehicle is running correctly and move on .      This is unlawful and I won’t stop until this dealership answers for its shady practices .   I have a 10 yr old daughter , and I don’t have the space , nor emotional where with all to be going through this , I did absolutely nothing wrong accept do business with this dealership .
