The TV is brand new. It came out of the box defective. I already got my refund from tcl, but they just told me to throw this away. So if you want to try to make it work for you, there's nothing wrong with it other than the screen that is coming away a little bit. You might be able to put it back with some two-sided tape or something. I just don't have time to mess with it
