Vintage Coach Metropolitan Brief Bag This beautiful large vintage Coach Metropolitan brief with Smooth navy leather was made in the USA during the 1980’s and early 1990’s. This gorgeous heavy leather briefcase is rich navy in color and has a large open pouch under the twist lock opening and also a large open pouch in the back. It has a brass hangtag, a short handle on the top of the briefcase and a longer shoulder strap. The inside opens to a beautiful unlined leather interior. The bag measures 16 inches in length, 12 inches in height and has a depth of 3 inches. The adjustable shoulder strap is 18 inches at its longest. The bag has been professionally repaired on the inside to reinforce a side tear and top handle reinforcement. The bag has the usual wear for over 30 years of use.
